Women's Track & Field Claims First-Ever USTFCCCA Academic Accolade
Leopards earn first-ever academic honor, posting a 3.35 cumulative GPA in just second season of varsity existence
BOSTON, Mass. – For the first time in program history, the Wentworth Institute of Technology women's track & field team was honored by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), earning All-Academic Team honors.
Honoring teams from all three NCAA Divisions, the NAIA, and junior colleges, the Leopards had a cumulative grade point average of 3.35. Teams are recognized annually for having a grade point average of a 3.10 or higher.
Wentworth had nine student-athletes named to the 2025 Conference of New England Spring Academic All-Conference Team earlier this summer.
