Women's Outdoor Track & Field Breaks Program Five Records at Tufts Sunshine Invitational
Leopard student-athletes etch their names into the record book in the final tune-up before next week's conference championship

MEDFORD, Mass. – In its final tune-up before next weekend's Conference of New England Championship, the Wentworth Institute of Technology women's outdoor track & field team broke five program records while competing at the Tufts Sunshine Invitational.
This was a non-scoring meet.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The 4X100M relay squad of Sydney Mercadante, Selma Moutaouakkil, Lily Carlson, and Olivia Holley finished second with a program-record time of 53.33.
- Lily Carlson broke her own high jump record with a top jump of 1.51M, which placed her second.
- Ashley Quintal set a program record in the javelin with a top throw of 31.33M, good for fifth place.
- Jordan Bennett finished seventh in the long jump with a program-record jump of 4.68M.
- Tati Sicard broke the program record in the hammer throw, with a top throw of 28.09M, which also placed her 19th.
- Santos placed second in the 100M hurdles with a time of 17.17.
- Carlson earned a fifth-place finish in the 400M with a time of 1:05.97
