Cohen Collects CNE Postseason Recognition
Lily Cohen named to the conference's inaugural Community Service Team, being honored as the Leopards' first-ever nominee
BEVERLY, Mass. – Repping the Wentworth Institute of Technology women's lacrosse team in the Conference of New England's postseason awards announcement on Thursday, goalkeeper Lily Cohen was named to the conference's Community Service Team.
The postseason awards were voted on by the league's ten head coaches at the conclusion of the regular season.
Cohen is the Leopards' community service lead, being responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all of the Black & Gold's fundraising efforts. With her guidance, the team hosted a Multiple Sclerosis Awareness game as well as a joint Morgan's Message game with Suffolk. The senior represents the Leopards on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee's Community Service Board and was also named a Leading Leopard by Women at Wentworth.
