CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Jack Newton of the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's track & field team competed at the MIT Qualifying Meet on Thursday evening. Newton was the lone Leopard to race at MIT.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Newton participated in the 800m race, finishing 13th with a time of 1:53.36.
  • The junior earned CNE All-Conference First Team honors earlier this season as the NCAA meet approaches.
