Men’s Track & Field Competes at New England D3 Championships
The Leopards took part in the two-day event hosted by Springfield College looking to earn a spot at nationals

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Wentworth Institute of Technology men's track & field team had competed at the New England DIII Championships hosted by Springfield College on Friday and Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Ryan Ballard took fourth in the 800m run with a time of 1:54.63, setting a program record. Jack Newton placed seventh, coming in at 1:55.10.
- Teddy Doyle finished tenth in the 10,000m run, finishing with a time of 32:56.58.
- Oliver Bishop took fifth in the decathlon, finishing third in the high jump, 400m run, and 1500m run. Bishop also placed fourth in the 110m hurdles.
- The 4x100m relay on Kevin DeCollibus, William Stewart, Sincere Duffaut, and Jace Matthew finished 18th, coming in at a time of 44.23.
UP NEXT
- The Leopards will head to the Farley Inter Regional meet hosted by Williams College on Friday and Saturday and the NEICAAA Championships on Saturday.
