Men's Outdoor Track Finishes 11th at Silfen Invitational
Leopards place in top half of the field as Ryan Ballard (1500M) and Jon Saves (10000M) set program marks

NEW LONDON, Conn. – Sophomore Ryan Ballard (Norwalk, Conn.) and freshman Jon Savage (Hampton, N.H.) each set program record for the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's outdoor track & field team competed at the 2024 Silfen Invitational at Connecticut College.
Ballard etched a new mark in the program record book in the 1500M where he ran a time of 4:00.75 to finish fourth. Savage had a 13th-place finish in the 10,000M where he crossed the line in a time of 33:11.29.
As a team the Black & Gold amassed 33 points to finish 11th out of 27 scoring teams.
