Leopards wrap up a weekend of back-to-back meets at the USA Track & Field New England Championships with a pair of top three finishes
The Wentworth indoor track and field team had a strong performance all around in the annual David Hemery Invitational hosted on the campus of Boston University on Saturday.
Senior Dan McSolla (Bridgewater, Mass.) took first place in the mile as the Wentworth Institute of Technology indoor track team competed at the Branwen Smith-King Invitational hosted by Tufts University.
Senior Alex Robbins ran a personal best in the 3,000-meter run to finish first as the Leopards competed at the Tufts Invitational
Senior Dan McSolla captured the mile and Tom Caruso (mile) and Chris Kaberle (800 meters) each recorded personal bests as the Leopards opened the season at the Sixth Annual UMass Boston Invitational
