BOSTON, Mass. – Senior Eric Anderson (Abington, Mass.) of the Wentworth golf team has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference Player of the Week for matches played from September 9-15.

Anderson got the Leopards' season off to a fine start as he shot a career-low, even par 71 to finish first at a tri-match hosted by Newbury. Wentworth shot a 326, which bested the host Nighthawks' score of 331 and Daniel Webster's score of 344.

The Leopards will participate in the CCC Championship Qualifier this coming Thursday in Beverly, Mass.
