Leopard Golfers Open 2010-11 Season With 339 at Nichols
Wentworth finished second among four teams; sophomore John Romanelli shoots an 81 to pace the team

DUDLEY, Mass. – Nichols College sophomore John Juterbock (Darien, Conn.) fired a four-over 76 to lead the Bison golf team to a first place finish at a home quad 'B' match Wednesday afternoon. Nichols carded a team 326 to finish ahead of Wentworth (339), Elms (341) and Suffolk (353).
In his first collegiate match, Juterbock finished three strokes ahead of Elms sophomore Tyler Cudnick (Hampden, Mass.), who finished with a 79 (+7). Wentworth sophomore John Romanelli (Acushnet, Mass.) and Elms first year Eddie Innarelli (Ludlow, Mass.) each carded an 81 to finish tied for third. Suffolk sophomore Patrick Knowles (Ambler, Pa.) was the top finisher for the Rams with an 86 (+10).
Sophomore Eric Anderson (Abington, Mass.) shot an 83 (+11), tying him for fifth, with freshman Dylan Powers (Amesbury, Mass.) carding an 86 (+14) for a 12th place finish. Sophomore Kyle Nadeau (Chicopee, Mass.) shot an 89 to round out Wentworth's top four scorers while junior Mike Rizzo (Dorchester, Mass.) also competed, finishing with a 113.
Wentworth is idle until participating at the ECAC Division III New England Championship, which will be held the weekend of Oct. 2-3.
