handles the publicity and promotion of Wentworth’s varsity
athletic teams. Inquiries not related to the function of this
office should be addressed to the appropriate personnel within the
Athletic
Department

Home Post-Game Reporting Procedures
Every effort will be made to take care of your post-game needs.
Full box scores are available for men's and women's soccer, men's
and women's basketball, ice hockey, softball, and men's lacrosse
within 20 minutes of the conclusion of the game. Packed game files
will be sent to you via e-mail (please note that Wentworth is
running the X.13 version (July, 2011 releases) of all Stat Crew
products) as soon as possible upon the conclusion of each contest
it is applicable for. Game stories will be e-mailed to your media
list, provided the list is received no later than 24 hours prior to
the contest. Opposing coaches will have phone, FAX, and
copier access, if needed, to report to their media outlets. The
Boston Globe and Boston Herald are automatically reported to, as is
Associated Press.
Additionally, an XML boxscore is uploaded to
collegehockeystats.net for ice hockey.
Internet Statistics/Audio Broadcasts
Wentworth will provide live, up-to-the minute statistics
on-line for selected men's and women's soccer, men's and women's
basketball, hockey, men's lacrosse, baseball, and softball games
played at home, as well as selected away contests, if available. At
times there may be audio and/or video broadcasts of selected games.

Post-Game Media List
You can populate the “TO” field in such email
programs as Microsoft Outlook with Wentworth’s post-game
media list by clicking here.
Please do NOT attach the packed game file OR any HTML
attachments.

Please note that the Stat Crew/TAS Team ID should always be "WIT" and the the Team Name be "Wentworth." Please refrain from using "Wentworth Inst.," "Wentworth Tech.," etc.
